These terms apply to your use of thewagwish.com and to anything you buy from The Wag Wish. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. What we sell

We create custom digital portraits of dogs from photos our customers provide. Portraits are created with the help of AI tools and finished by hand. Because each one is unique, the final result may vary from the examples shown on our site.

2. Your photo

• You confirm that you own the photo you upload, or have permission to use it.
• We use your photo only to create your portrait and to communicate with you about your order.
• We won’t share your photo or your portrait publicly, including on our social media, without your permission.

3. Your portrait

Once paid for, your portrait is yours to print, frame, gift and share for personal use. Please don’t resell it or use it for commercial purposes without asking us first.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are in Canadian dollars. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time, but changes won’t affect orders you’ve already placed. Discount codes must be valid at checkout and can’t be applied after an order is placed.

5. Delivery

Portraits are delivered by email within 48 hours of receiving your order and photo. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Refunds and revisions

See our Refund Policy for revisions, cancellations and refunds.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to orders placed after the date at the top.
