Digital delivery

Our portraits are digital products. Nothing is shipped to you physically, and there are no shipping fees.

After you place your order and upload your dog’s photo, your high-resolution, print-ready portrait is emailed to the address you used at checkout within 48 hours.

If you didn’t upload a photo

Email a clear photo of your dog to thewagwish@gmail.com with your order number. Your 48 hours start once we receive it.

Printing

Your portrait is sized for printing, so you can have it printed on canvas, paper, a mug, a pillow or anything else at a print shop of your choice. Printing is not included.

Didn’t get it?

Check your spam or promotions folder, then email thewagwish@gmail.com and we’ll resend it.
